Frequently asked questions.
Annual is £395 GBP, charged once a year. There is no minimum term at all: you can switch off automatic renewal whenever you like, and your rate is locked for as long as you keep the membership.
Monthly is £36 GBP per month, with a minimum of 12 monthly payments. After that it simply continues month to month and you can cancel any time. It exists so the cost can be spread rather than paid in one go.
Annual works out cheaper, and we would rather say so than let you discover it. 12 monthly payments of £36 come to £432, against £395 for the year. Twelve months for the price of eleven. If you can pay for the year up front, annual is the better deal. If spreading it is what makes the membership possible, monthly is there for exactly that and it is not a worse product.
Your rate is locked either way. Whichever you choose, the price you join at is the price you keep, even when the joining price rises for new members.
It counts payments, not months, and that distinction is in your favour. If a payment is ever missed, the count simply pauses rather than running on without you: you always owe 12 payments and never more. Nobody is charged for a month they did not have access to.
You can see exactly where you are at any time on your account page, which shows which payment you are on and the expected date of your final committed one.
If your circumstances change during the committed period, get in touch. We would far rather hear from you and sort something out than have a payment fail. If you cancel after the minimum and rejoin later, that starts a fresh 12 payments at whatever the price is on the day, the same as anyone joining then.
In practice this is nearly always an expired or replaced card rather than anything deliberate, and it takes about a minute to fix from your account page.
Every CPD/CE certificate you have already earned stays yours, permanently. Your CPD log remains available to you whether your membership is active, paused or ended. We never withdraw CPD that has been earned.
If a payment is left unresolved for a long period the membership does eventually end, and we will email you before that happens rather than letting it happen quietly. Payments already made are not refunded and no balance is pursued.
