Dr Jean van Lierop

Dr van Lierop is passionate about dentistry and he believes that every dentist has the ability to do great things. This passion has seen him complete his MSc in Restorative Dentistry and a PDD in Aesthetic Dentistry (Cum Laude). He is a founding member and past president of The South African Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (SAAAD), an ITI fellow, and co-founder of “The Bridge Program”. He currently serves on the scientific board of the South African Dental Association as the Scientific Chair. He also currently serves as senior lecturer at the Implant and Aesthetic Academy Advanced Restorative Diploma while running a private practice in Cape Town focused on interdisciplinary aesthetic dentistry using modern materials in a minimally invasive approach. 

With a strong belief in the value of shared knowledge, Dr van Lierop has, over the past 15 years, presented numerous workshops and lectures to local and international colleagues throughout Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
