Meet Dr Masoud Hassan Zadeh

Masoud Hassan Zadeh is a dedicated practitioner of biomimetic restorative dentistry, a field he has passionately embraced since 2019. He runs his own practice in Drachten, the Netherlands, where he treats patients with a focus on promoting ‘healthy aging’ and breaking the downward spiral of restored elements. Masoud graduated from Ege University in Izmir, Turkey, in 2015 and obtained his registration from ACTA in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in 2018. Over the years, he has authored several publications in Dutch, sharing innovative techniques and the latest developments in restorative dentistry. In 2023, Masoud published the book “Glossary of Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry”. In 2024, he published an article on enamel cracks, where he introduced a new crack type, the internal craze line, previously unrecognised in the literature. In 2025, he released “The Cracked Tooth”, a comprehensive work on cracks in teeth and their clinical implications.
