Dr Henrique Tineo is an endodontist with a deep commitment to biomimetic dentistry. In this presentation, he guides us through the biomimetic principles and protocols using high-definition clinical footage captured through his microscope. Drawing on his dual training and teaching experience, Dr Tineo highlights how a biologically respectful adhesive strategy can preserve pulp vitality, manage structural compromises, and reduce the need for root canal treatment. Practical demonstrations of caries detection, immediate dentin sealing, resin coating, and internal reinforcement are accompanied by thoughtful commentary on clinical decision-making. This lecture offers a unique and visually rich perspective on how restorative dentists and endodontists can embrace adhesive dentistry to prevent catastrophic failure and support long-term tooth preservation.
