1)  Understand the risk factors involved in workplace related musculoskeletal pain for a dentist.
2) Learn practical solutions for correcting a dental operatory for the individual.
3) Practice chairside stretches for a dentist’s most commonly tight muscles from practicing dentistry. 
4) Learn posture enhancing strengthening exercises for injury prevention. 
5) Learn ergonomic strategies to maintain a neutral posture during treatment.
