Dr Amir Ghanem completes his three-part series by taking the reinforced tooth from preparation to delivery. He presents the Morphology Driven Preparation Technique and outlines when to opt for a shoulder or hollow chamfer in relation to the equator of the tooth. He also discusses why he reinforces before completing the final reduction to keep the C-factor low. Using video footage, Dr Ghanem details scanning under rubber dam isolation, including reference teeth, interproximal wedges and a cut-lock-rescan workflow that manages the mesial migration caused by heavy latex sheets. The lecture closes with material selection and delivery: the case for lithium disilicate as the enamel-like first choice, then the thermo-modified luting technique with preheated composite.
