The world-renowned Dr Jorge Aravena Diaz shares the adhesive protocols that he follows in the posterior region, with a focus on superficialising restorations. He compares the different adhesive systems and techniques that various biomimetic experts propose, and gives his own insights. This lecture is packed with clinical tips for both beginner and experienced biomimetic dentists, and consists of a mix of theory and clinical video demonstrations in relation to both direct and indirect adhesive restorations.

2) Distinguish between adhesive strategies (total etch, self-etch, and universal systems) and their appropriate applications.
3) Learn how and when to carry out key biomimetic techniques such as Immediate Dentin Sealing and Deep Margin Elevation with step-by-step clinical video demonstrations.
4) Integrate research and case-based examples into decision-making for posterior restorations.
