Dr Henrique Tineo

Dr Henrique Tineo is an endodontist and educator from Caracas, Venezuela, whose clinical philosophy blends precision endodontics with the biologically driven principles of biomimetic restorative dentistry. After completing his postgraduate training in endodontics in Bogotá, Colombia, he joined the university faculty to teach restorative dentistry, contributing to a shift toward minimally invasive practices in dental education.

Dr Tineo’s practice evolved through his passion for dental photography, microscope-enhanced dentistry, and his discovery of the Six Lessons Approach developed by Dr David Alleman. Inspired by leaders in biomimetic dentistry, he now focuses on pulp preservation, deep caries management, and adhesive techniques that restore teeth with strength and longevity.

His unique perspective as an endodontist allows him to share practical protocols for managing structural compromise, improving dentin bonding, and avoiding the tooth death cycle—all supported by high-resolution clinical visuals and meticulous technique.
